Scott Bouchard has crafted a board that delivers speed and generates lift for airs, all in a compact size for maximum mobility. This versatile board can be ridden as a twin fin in the forward placements or as a quad fin with smaller fin sets.
TECH DETAILS
VENTED TAIL CHANNELS Designed to provide traction on the water, the vented channels allow the flow to pass through the tail of the board, maximizing their effectiveness.
CARBON STRINGER In addition to or instead of a traditional wood stringer, strategically placed carbon laminate strips offer strength and durability while remaining lightweight.
HANDMADE EPOXY CONSTRUCTION Hyperlite introduces a new construction method into the Wakesurf quiver with their Handmade Epoxy Construction, which complements the Hyperlite range with a handmade feel. An epoxy wakesurfer is made using a polystyrene core coated with epoxy resin, similar to most ocean surfboard methods. Centered is Hyperlite's bamboo stinger, and a stronger fiberglass cloth is used to limit denting while handling airs in the wave.
This season, Hyperlite is excited to introduce two new shapes, The Droid and Wingman, featuring their innovative handmade epoxy construction.
